Example Blog Post #1

Did you know that you're a blogger?  Anyone who has ever posted something to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) is technically a blogger.  When we use the word "blog," though, we're usually talking about a website that shares news and opinions on a particular topic.

This is an example of a blog post.  People all around the world write and read blogs every day, and blogs can be about anything from God to Lebron to funny pictures of cats to the crazy things the Kardashians say.  We will use blogs to share our thoughts and opinions on how the United States government affects our every day lives and develop our writing skills.

    This is an example of a comment. Comments are used to respond to the blog post, and allow the reader to become an active participant in the subject being discussed. Comments should always be civil and add some value to the discussion, making it worthwhile for the original blog post's author and other readers to read.
